● If the operator cannot read and understand this document, Operating Instructions and Safety
Precautions must be read and explained to the operator in the operator's native language.
● Only qualified operators may install, operate, adjust, maintain, clean, repair, inspect, or transport
this device.
● Inspect the condition of this device and associated hardware before each use. Do not use if
damaged, altered, or in poor condition.
● Ensure forklift is inspected by a qualified technician to ensure the forklift is in good working
order and is appropriately rated for the application (see working loading limits on page 1).
● Wear eye protection that meets OSHA and ANSI Z87.1 standards.
● Do not exceed the Working Load Limits of this tool.
● No alterations shall be made to this product as this will void the warranty.
● Use caution when working beneath a load that is being lifted and/or supported. Do not use this

● Ensure all Eye Bolts are torqued to shop specifications before applying load.

being transported.
