The USB connec�on is not recognized. Please check the power
of the USB cable and the machine. Re-Calibra�on.

Canister #__ amount may be low. Use remaining color or
replace can.
DISPENSING HAS PAUSED
Canister #__ Replace the canister OR
Shake the canister and reinstall OR
Dispense small amount into the trash bin by hand and reinstall
ColorMaster Machine
Cleaning is necessary.
Take out the dispensed bowl and put the empty bowl on the
scale.
For maintenance, a small drop will be dispensed
Please take out the dispensed bowl and click OK

Solu�on
Select "Re-Calibra�on" bu�on to close the app, then turn the
switch behind the machine off for 5 seconds and back on. Wait
for the app to relaunch.
Appears a�er selec�ng to dispense a formula, but no bowl is on
the scale. Place a bowl on the scale and try to dispense again.
Make sure that the side door is closed and the handle is
latched.
This prompt appears before dispensing a formula if one of the
cans to be used is low. Use the remaining amount of color and
start the dispense or replace the can before dispensing.
If a canister does not dispense properly during a formula and
the canister is empty, replace with a new can. If the canister is
not empty, shake the can or dispense a li�le into a trash can
and reinsert the canister into the machine.
1) Appears for the set Scheduled Automa�c Cleaning
2) Appears if a canister was replaced, but cleaning was not
performed from the Management screen.
If a can needs to be changed during a dispense, remove the
formula bowl and place an empty bowl on the scale for the
cleaning process. Remove the cleaning bowl and place formula
bowl back on the scale before con�nuing to dispense your
formula.
A�er replacing a can, a small drop of product will be dispensed
during cleaning.
If a formula dispense is completed and bowl is le� on the scale,
prompt will appear along with flashing red light. Remove the
bowl from the machine and select ok.
This appears before dispensing a formula when a dispensed
bowl is on the scale. Remove the bowl from the machine and
place an empty bowl on the scale, then proceed to dispense
formula.
