9. Guarantee Certificate

The manufacturer Electrolux do Brasil S/A grants warranty against any
applicable manufacturing defect under the following conditions:
1. The guarantee begins on the date of issue of the appropriate sales in-
voice to the consumer corresponding to the product to be covered by the
warranty with the model mandatory identification and of the product char-
acteristics;
2. The period of validity of the guarantee is 12 (twelve) months counted
from the date of issuance of the completed invoice as provided in item "1"
of this certificate and divided as follows:
a) 3 (three) months of legal guarantee; and,
b) 9 (nine) months of contractual guarantee.
3. The manufacturer does not grant any form and/or type of guarantee for
products sold without a legal invoice, or products whose invoice is incor-
rectly filled in (observe orientation of item "1" of this certificate);
4. Excluded from the warranty mentioned under "2" are cases of risks,
deformations or similar arising from the use of the product, as well as
events resulting from the application of chemicals, abrasives or similar
products that damage the quality of the component material;
Conditions of this Warranty:
5. Any defect that is found in this product must be immediately forwarded
to the nearest Electrolux Authorized Service, whose contact and address
can be found in the list supplied with the product, on the manufacturer's
website (www.electrolux.com), or, informed by the Electrolux Customer
Service, and the transport will occur at the consumer's risk.
6. This warranty covers the replacement of manufactured parts that have
been found to be defective, in addition to the labor used in their repair.
7. Plastic finishing parts that compose the product, lamp, LED's, water fil-
ter, connections, tap adapter and hoses are guaranteed against manufac-
turing defects only for the legal period of 90 (ninety) days, counted from the
issuance of the purchase invoice of the product.
The warranty will expire when:
8. There is removal and/or alteration of the serial number or the product
identification label.
9. The product is installed or used in violation with the instructions on the
Instruction Manual and used for purposes other than domestic use (com-
mercial, laboratory, industrial, etc.). Materials or food stored inside the
product used for the aforementioned purposes, shall also have no warran-
ty coverage (legal and contractual), compensation and/or indemnity.
