    Install the SIM card To take full advantage of your Acer M900DF Smartphone’s telephony capabilities, you must install a SIM card. The SIM card holder is located beneath the battery. Open the battery compartment Gently, but firmly slide the battery cover down to release it.

    Chapter 4: Messaging This chapter shows you how to set up and use the SMS, MMS and email functions of your Acer M900DF Smartphone. The messaging screen All SMS, MMS and email messages are accessed via the messag- ing screen.

    Tap Folder Options to open and modify the settings for that folder. Text (SMS) messages You can use your Acer M900DF Smartphone to send text mes- sages to other mobile phones. Each text message can contain up to 160 characters.
