Normal situations that do not cause harm or hazards. Sometimes the air purifier may
operate in ways that appear to be a problem but are actually normal.
You can continue using the air purifier at such times without problem.
Symptom
The air purifier operates
even though the air is clean.
The air purifier operates
even though the Air quality
monitor is in blue color.
The AIC indicator is
flashing.
In the following situations, immediately contact an authorized dealer or the store
where the unit was purchased.
All operation indicators
(other than AIC Auto and
allergen mode) are flashing.

The AIC patrolling function is circulating room air to

detect pollution.

Or, the AIC learning function will memorize the air
quality for future operation.
For 2 minutes after the power plug is inserted,

the AIC indicator will flash if the Power
Off / On button is pressed.

During this time, the AIC Auto Mode cannot be used.
After 2 minutes, the AIC Mode will come on steady,
and the AIC Auto Mode can be used.
The main unit is malfunctioning.
→
Unplug the power plug.
Contact an authorized dealer or the store where the unit was
purchased for service.
