Access to the H elpd esk is at no charge to p u rchasers of new p rod u cts for
the first 12 m onths of that prod uct's life. After that period , a different
phone nu mber is used and charges are debited to your telephone account.
The current charge rates are specified w hen you ring the chargeable
su p p ort number. You are asked to signify your acceptance before any
charges are incurred .
