Whether the unit is under warranty or not, it is your responsibility to pay shipping charges for delivery to the Hewlett-Packard repair
center.
After warranty repairs are completed, the repair center returns the unit with postage prepaid. On out-or-warranty repairs in the United
States and some other countries, the unit is returned C.O.D. (covering shipping costs and the service charge).
Further Information
Service contracts are not available. Calculator circuitry and design are proprietary to Hewlett-Packard, and service manuals are not
available to customers.
Should other problems or questions arise regarding repairs, please call your nearest Hewlett-Packard sales office or repair center.
