Shutting off via the control station or in the event of a fault

The drive is shut off via the active control station because the enabled control
command "OFF" from the "Control station" function block is linked with the "OFF"
plug of the "Protection/Control" function block. This connection will already be
created by default if you are using a reversing starter. Only re-routing commands
are effected via the stall prevention logic; shut-off operations via the "OFF" plug of
"Protection/Control", however, are not.
In the event of a disturbance the drive will be spun down by the function block
"Protection/Control" in accordance with the parameterization of the SIMOCODE
device.
So that the drive does not switch itself back on after an "OFF" command, it must be
ensured that the "ON" commands in the logic at the function block
"Protection/Control" are canceled when the motor is shut off.
Rescinding the "ON>" command
The "ON>" command at "Protection/Control" is rescinded in the logic by resetting
signal conditioning 1. To achieve this, the commands "OFF" and "ON<" from the
"Control station" function block and the general error from the general error
function block are OR-linked via the truth table TT1 and fed into signal
conditioning 1.
Rescinding the "ON<" command
It is assumed that the enabled control command "ON<" from Control station no
longer has the value "true" at the point in time when the drive is spun down. If for
example the "ON<" command is triggered by a pushbutton, this will be the case.
Because the "ON<" command is not saved in the logic, resetting the "ON<"
command at "Protection/Control" is unnecessary if the command to run in reverse
was issued via the active control station.
However, if the "ON<" command is pending due to the automatic reversing
operation as a result of a forward blocking, the drive is shut off by resetting
Timer 1. For this purpose, the enabled "OFF" command at the output of the
"Control station" function block is interconnected with the reset input of Timer 1 via
truth tables TT5 and TT8.
