1. Open the front cover of the machine. Push the blue knob in direction A and split the copier in
two halves. Remove and clean the waste toner container. Remove the toner container. Remove
screw B and unplug terminal C. Gently pull out the developer/image formation module. Place it
on a flat, clean surface and cover it with a newspaper so as no light comes in contact with the
OPC drum. See figure 7.
