Can't close the lid
1. The cup holder may be mounted incorrectly. Please make sure the triangular arrow
is facing up.
2. Check if the spring in the lid is blocked by debris.
Noisy ozone and water pumps
Reasonable noise is normal. The ozone is distributed by an air pump. Water is deliv-
ered by a water pump. We use very quiet pumps, but they do make some noise during
operation.
The touch keys on the sensor touch control board are not responsive
Check to see if you touched two or more keys at the same time. If so, please move
your hands away for awhile and try again. This gives time for the electronics to reset.
Wipe the keys clean and dry them. It's also possible that your finger is too dry. Try
moistening your finger and trying again.
The dosage of water seems a little off when making coffee
A variation of about 0.5 oz is normal between cups poured. To adjust the amount dis-
pensed, either up or down, please refer to subheading "How to adjust the water filling
amount".
The coffee capsule was not punctured by the needle
Please check if the Coffee Capsule was placed properly.
If your pump is not pumping water into cooler
Please check if the tubing is properly fitted at the top of the pump head. (See the imag-
es below)
