Bosch Connected Repair
The "Bosch Connected Repair" software (CoRe) makes
it possible to exchange customer and vehicle informa-
tion as well as protocols in the workshop. For this, the
testers (CoRe clients) are connected to a central com-
puter (CoRe server) via the computer network.

3.1

Intended use

DCU 100 is a tablet for the workshop area for the
Bosch diagnostic software "ESI[tronic] 2.0" or the
Bosch Emissions Analysis software "BEA-PC".

DCU 100 may only be operated with the storage batte-
ry of Robert Bosch GmbH (Model: 2ICR18/65-2) and
the power supply unit of Elementech International Co.
LTD. (Model No.: A160-1120500M).

If the DCU 100 and the supplied accessories are
operated contrary to the way specified by the ma-
nufacturer in the operating instructions, the pro-
tection provided by the DCU 100 and the supplied
accessories may be compromised.

If ESI[tronic] 2.0 and BEA-PC are installed on
DCU 100, then it is always the case that only one of
the two programs can be opened. This means that
before BEA-PC can be started, ESI[tronic] 2.0 must
be closed (and vice-versa).

The installation of additional software on the
DCU 100 may impair the performance of the
DCU 100 system and the DCU 100 may become
slower in general.
!
The DCU 100 must not be exposed to sources of
heat (e.g. direct sunlight), impact, vibration, mag-
netic fields, and excessive contamination.

The installed operating system is
Windows 10 IoT (64-bit).
