Current carrying capacity of the DC link busbars
To calculate the load of the DC link busbar, add the DC link currents I
Motor Modules. It is not permissible that the maximum current carrying capacity of the DC
link busbar is exceeded. For detailed information on this topic, see SINAMICS S120 Manual

For Motor Modules Booksize C/D type, the current load capability can be increased across
the board from 100 A to 200 A by replacing the existing 4 mm DC link jumpers with 6 mm
thick DC link jumpers. The existing M4 connecting screws can be reused when making the
replacement.
