    The TIMED COOK feature sets the oven to a cooking mode for a set period of time and then turns it off. The TIMED COOK feature is available for each of the following oven modes: Bake, Convection Bake and Convection Roast. Be sure that the time-of-day clock displays the correct time before beginning.

    The probe can be used to determine the internal doneness or the “END” temperature of many foods, especially meats and poultry. • The temperature range for the probe is 135°F to 200°F (57°C to 93°C). • Preheating the oven is not recommended when using the probe.

    Cookware Characteristics The choice of pans directly affects the cooking speed and uniformity. For best results select pans with the following features: Flat Bases - When a pan is hot, the base (pan bottom) should rest evenly on the surface without wobbling (rocking).
