The robotic lawnmower cannot enter the
charging station when there is no N signal. The
mower will eventually stop and display the Low
battery voltage fault message and the status
LED in the charging station will flash in red.
Guide signal
The signal that the charging station transmits
through the guide wires. The guide signals lead
the mower to the charging station, but can also
be used to direct the mower to a remote area.
The guide is marked by the connections on the
rear of the charging station.

1.8 The loop system's status

The loop system's status is most easily checked using
the LED in the charging station. Check the loop signals
by checking what the LED is indicating.
Solid green light = All signals are good.
Green flashing light = The A signal has been
turned off in the boundary loop (ECO mode).
Blue flashing light = No signal in the boundary
loop (A signal). Most likely a break in the

boundary loop.

Red flashing light = No F signal. Most likely
interruption in the charging station's antenna
plate.
Solid blue light = Weak signal in the boundary
loop (A signal). This may depend on the
boundary loop being over 800 m in length
or that the wire is damaged. If the mower still
works, this is not a problem.
Solid red light = fault in the circuit board in the
charging station.
See 6.4 Troubleshooting the loop signal for suggestions
on steps to take in case of errors.
1.9 Boundary loop
The strength of the signal in the boundary loop is
constant in a loop that is up to approx. 800 m / 2 600 ft
in length. If, however, the loop is longer than 800 m / 2
600 ft, the strength can start to diminish, even though it
is still sufficient.
The strength of the loop signal varies depending on
the distance to the wire. The strength of the signal is
high right next to the wire. The strength subsequently
diminishes the farther away from the wire you get.
Outside the wire the signal is negative and its strength
diminishes more rapidly. The Signal quality reading
determines whether the signal from the boundary
wire is strong enough for the mower to be in working
order. Signal quality should always be 100% for
satisfactory function The signal from the boundary loop
is designated the A signal. See the illustration below for
examples of high and low signal strengths.
