Electrical system
Dismantling
Dismantle the following: the spark plug,
starter, air filter cowling, air filter,
contact guard and the heat shield over
the muffler.
Dismantle the carburettor cover.

Dismantle the carburettor.
Remove the screws holding the clutch
cover.
Pull away the starter cover.

Dismantle the carburettor's distance
piece.
Dismantling
Dismantle the spark plug, starter and
air filter cowling.
Lift out the air filter.
Dismantle the contact guard over the
muffler (3 screws).
Dismantle the heat shield over the
muffler (2 screws).
Slide the choke to the closed position
and unscrew both nuts (A).
Lift off the carburettor cover.
Unhook the throttle cable from the
carburettor.
Carefully remove the fuel hoses from
the carburettor. Use a screwdriver to
remove them from the connection
nipples.
Remove the carburettor.
Remove the 8 screws holding the clutch
cover.
Four of them are removed from the
starter side.
Pull away the starter cover with the
adjoined fuel tank.
Lift off the insulation positioned above
the carburettor's distance piece.
Split the connector (A).
Remove the screws (B).
Lift off the distance piece (C) and the
insulation (D).
