1. Push down to disengage the PTO.
2. Pull up to engage the PTO.
3. Lower the deck.
4. Raise the deck.

9. For more information on starting the engine, read the
Operator's Manual—1) Sit in the operator's position; 2) Turn
the ignition key to the engine run position; 3) Wait for the
engine preheat light to turn off; 4) Turn the ignition key to the
engine start position; 5) Disengage the parking brake.
10. For more information on stopping the engine, read the
Operator's Manual—1) Disengage the PTO; 2) Turn the
ignition key to the engine stop position; 3) Remove the key
from the ignition; 4) Engage the parking brake.
