2. Pump grease into each fitting as follows:

For the pillow-block bearings, pump 1 shot of
grease into each fitting
•
For the trunnions, pump several shots of grease
into each fitting until it starts to ooze out of the
bearing housing
Important: Pump grease in slowly and carefully
to prevent damage to the bearing seals.
3. Wipe up any excess grease.
Lubricating the Motor Bearings
Service Interval: Every 6,000 hours
Grease type: electric-motor bearing grease
1. Clean around each grease fitting with a rag.
2. Pump 1 or 2 shots of grease into each fitting
