Preparations

Tools: torque wrench, adjustable wrench, height gauge (or another instrument with similar

functions), level (or leveling pipe), straight steel ruler, hammer drill, right angle, marker, ink

fountain, long steel measuring tape, claw hammer, rubber mallet, vacuum cleaner, protective

gloves

Materials: single-capacity base, expansion bolts, twistlock, 3 mm thick spacers made of

passivated 304 stainless steel or hot-dip Q235 zinc (to be purchased onsite)

Skill requirement: skilled technicians

Procedure

Step 1 Determine the reference points for installing containers on the concrete platform based on the

site space and the container layout diagram. Then mark the reference points using a marker.

Step 2 Draw the FusionModule1000 installation area on the concrete platform along the reference

points using an ink fountain.

Step 3 Determine the reference points for installing container bases in the FusionModule1000

installation area based on the container layout diagram.

Step 4 Referring to the container layout diagram, draw the longitudinal and latitudinal reference lines

from the center of bases with a straight steel ruler, right angle, and ink fountain.

Step 5 Place bases based on the reference lines.
