To troubleshoot the failures when the RUN LED of the power monitor module is off:
Unplug and then plug the power monitor module.
1.
If the RUN LED is still off, replace the power monitor module.
2.
If the RUN LED is still off, contact HP Technical Support for help.

Status Description
Steady on The power monitor module is operating properly.
Off The power monitor module is faulty.
