Symptom
The compressor
suction pressure is
too low or liquid
returns.
The compressor
generates loud
noise.
The fan fails to start.
The water does not
spray properly
Issue 02 (2019-10-10)
Possible Cause
Refrigerant leaks.
Refrigerant is insufficient.
The indoor temperature is set to a
low temperature.
The air filter is dirty or blocked.
The external residual pressure is
too high, and airflow decreases.
The condensing pressure is too
low.
Liquid is returning to the
compressor.
Refrigerant oil is insufficient.
The sheet metal for securing the
compressor during transportation
is not removed.
The switch of the fan is not turned
on.
The fan is damaged.
The interconnection terminals for
the fan are not securely
connected.
The Y-shaped strainer is blocked.
The water pump is sealed by gas.

Solution
Check the pipeline for leakage.
Charge more refrigerant.
Modify the temperature
setting.
Replace the air filter.
Check whether the air
channels are blocked.
Check the condenser.
Check whether the oil
temperature and discharge
temperature are within the
normal range.
Add refrigerant oil.
Remove the sheet metal.
Check the switch of the fan.
Replace the fan.
Secure the interconnection
terminals.
Remove the air filter from the
Y-shaped strainer in the
shutdown mode, exhaust water
from the pipe, and clean the air
filter. (Use running water or
high pressure water to clean
it.)
When the water pump runs for
the first time every year, the
water pump may be blocked.
In this case, you need to
manually exhaust the water
pump. Loosen the exhaust
screw of the pump when the
water pump is running. After
the water is ejected from the
exhaust hole, install the
exhaust screw and tighten it.
