Example of Connection Circuit
The REMOTE Parallel Input port has twelve sets of A/V
input channels and four sets of output channels.
Crosspoints are determined by specifying the input and
output channels.
NOTES
• Be sure to use nonlocking-type external switches, such
as momentary switches. Using locking-type switches
will cause improper operation or malfunction.
• Use a cable no more than 50 m in length.
Operation
When setting the Crosspoint buttons via the REMOTE port, it is necessary to contact the switches of respective input and
output, rather than by directly pressing the Crosspoint buttons on the front panel.
For actual operation, perform the following steps:
1. Press the button for the desired input or
output channel.
2. Press the button for the output channel if
the button pressed in step 1 was input.
Press the button for input channel if the
button pressed in step 1 was output.
At this point, the Crosspoint is determined.
Pressing the button again allows you to change the first channel pressed, if it is of the same input or output channel group.
