Maintenance Procedure
• Torque the frame-mounting bolts.
• Torque the wheel lug nuts.
• Change the mower-deck gearbox lubricant.
• Change the hydraulic fluid and filter.
• Test the safety-interlock system.
• Check the engine-oil level.
• Check the engine coolant level.
• Clean the radiator with compressed air (more often in dirty and dusty conditions).
• Check the hydraulic fluid level.
• Clean the mower deck.
• Grease the bearing and bushing grease fittings (more often in dirty or dusty
conditions and after every washing).
• Check battery cable connections.
• Check the tire pressure.
• Check the alternator-belt tension.
• Check the lubricant in the mower-deck gearbox.
• Inspect the cooling-system hoses and seals. Replace them if cracked or torn.
• Torque the wheel lug nuts.
• Change the engine oil and filter.
• Change the mower-deck gearbox lubricant.
• Service the air cleaner (more often in dusty or sandy conditions).
• Replace the engine fuel filter.
• Replace the fuel-filter canister for the water separator.
• Drain water or other contaminants from the water separator.
• Check the fuel lines and connections.
• Change the hydraulic fluid and filter.
• Inspect the engine-valve clearance. Refer to your engine owner's manual.
• Replace moving hoses.
• Disassemble, clean, and assemble the soot filter of the DPF. or clean the soot
filter if engine faults
