In Netscape Communicator, select Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced, to open the
window shown in Figure 6-23.

1. Select "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript for Navigator".
2. If you use a proxy server that only accepts DNS registered IP addresses and
your ELS is not DNS registered, you may need to connect directly to the ELS.
