When changing the CPU module status during the wave output
When the CPU module status is changed during the wave output, the operation of the module varies depending on the setting
of the analog output HOLD/CLEAR function as shown below.
■For HOLD setting
When the CPU module status is changed from RUN to STOP, the analog output value at the change is held and the wave
output pauses. When the CPU module status is changed from STOP to RUN, the wave output resumes. To prevent the wave
output from resuming, set Wave output stop request (0) to 'CH1 Wave output start/stop request' (Un\G462) after changing the
CPU module status from RUN to STOP.

Precautions
At the timing when the CPU module status is changed from STOP to RUN, the module parameter setting is reflected.
At this time, the same processing as the one when 'Operating condition setting request' (Y9) is turned on and off in the D/A
converter module is executed. Therefore, if the CPU module status is changed from STOP to RUN while 'CH1 Wave output
status monitor' (Un\G462) is in a state other than Wave output stop (0), an operating condition setting error except for wave
output stop (alarm code: 0B0H) occurs.
To clear the alarm, turn on and off 'Alert output clear request' (YE).
