Making the data creation off-line
All data are created in the data creation device, PT. Using PT enables to create data during running
the machine. All data creation of machines for PT can be carried out together.
Some data correction is available in the machine, and the corrected contents are reentered in
PT100 as a feedback.

Automatic dispensing condition setting (for each bond type)
Each type of bonds has its own variety , and it takes skills and much time for the operator to set the
dispensing condition for each machine.
As for BD30S-M, even the operator unfamiliar with machine can set the dispensing condition for
each bond in advance to create data easily by loading the prepared data together.
10 patterns of dispensing condition are available for the bond type as our standard library.
Besides, it can be additionally registered as for the user's creation.
