    Setting Up the Server Setting Up the Server The server setup will vary according to how the ETERNUS DX/AF storage systems and server are to be connec- ted. There are two possible connection topologies: direct connection and switch connection. Edit the server's configuration file to match the chosen topology. Configuration files may also differ depend- ing on which Fibre Channel card drivers are to be used.
