Troubleshooting

If a malfunction occurs, the IntuiKey transmits a signal tone and displays an error message in
the softkey display. In addition, an E is displayed in the status display. If you are unable to
resolve the malfunction, please contact your supplier or systems integrator, or go directly to
Bosch Security Systems Customer Service.
The following table is intended to help you identify the causes of malfunctions and correct
them where possible.

password protected.
One of the selected BVIP units is
offline.
There is a network problem.
