FOR SHIPMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH PHILIPS' INSTRUCTIONS, AND
SHALL BEAR ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES (TO THE PRODUCT
OR TO A THIRD PARTY) WHICH ARISE FROM CUSTOMER'S FAILURE TO
PROPERLY PACKAGE THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENT. Customer shall be
responsible for the safe transport of the Product to Philips; Customer shall retain
responsibility for any loss or damage to Product until the Product is received by
Philips. Product should be mailed to the address below or to such other address as
Philips may designate from time to time:
