Sender information
Recipient information
Cover Sheet: adds a cover sheet and sends it as the first page of the
fax transmission.
Subject: enter a subject line which will be included on the cover
sheet.
Message: add a message which will be included on the cover sheet.
Sender Information: check to include the sender information on the
cover sheet.
Recipient Information: check to include the recipient information
on the cover sheet. Click the checkboxes for the types of recipient
information to add to the cover sheet as well.
Reference Number: click to enable the reference number text box
and to include the reference number on the cover sheet. If you want
to include a reference number, enter the number in the text box.
