If we want to make use of in circuit programming the bourns encoder have to be disconnected.

Ifthe bourns encoder is disconnected the oower ofthe Microcontroller board must be on for
prograÍnmlng.

Adjustment points :
Resistor RV7 is for adjustment of the receiver front-end.
Ask a other station to make a signal or put a signal generator on
a desired frequency in the 70cm band and tune RV7 to maximum signal.
RV3 is adjustment of the transmitter deviation of the modulation.
While RV4 is for the sensitivity of the microphone input.
RV8 is for adjustment of the RF po\4/er output.
Never exceed the 15 Watt ,you can damage the RF power module .
