Parking/activating calls

You can park up to ten calls (i.e. place them on hold) to
conduct another call in the interim or to continue them
on other telephone in your communications system.
Parking a call

You are on a call you wish to park.
Open the system menu.
Menu

Select the menu item and confirm.

Select the menu item and confirm.

Enter the parking position number (0... 9) and note it
down.
If the parking position number entered is already in use,
you have to enter another one.
Picking up a specific parked call
Prerequisite:
One or more calls have been parked. Your handset is in
stand-by status.
c or d Press and hold the Talk or Speakerphone key.
Open the system menu.

Select the menu item and confirm.

Select the menu item and confirm.

Enter the parking position number you have noted.
Conducting calls – enhanced functions
If a parked call is not picked up, it returns to the
station from which it was parked after a certain
time (= recall). The following appears on the
display "Recalling: (phone no. or name)" or
"recalling from (phone no. or name)" .
