5.12. OEMSEConfigureIPAddress

Command
OEMSEConfigureIPAddress
Description
This command is used to manually configure the IPAddress. Specify the mandatory options
of the IPAddress and the SubnetMask to be configured for the Port. Example:
OEMSEConfigureIPAddress -OEMSEparams
IPAddress="172.20.14.1",SubnetMask="255.255.255.0". The command will fail if DHCP is
enabled. To disable DHCP, use the OEMSEConfigureDHCP command with a mandatory
parameter and value of EnableDHCP="False".
Syntax
OEMSEConfigureIPAddress [common_options] -OEMSEparams IPAddress="< value
>",SubnetMask="< value >",[Gateway="< value >"],[VLANID="< value >"] [SM-CLP-
target]
Options
[common_options]
Parameter Description
Optional input that indicates the SM-CLP target group for the given command. This
SM-CLP-target
overrides the current group. ".." indcates parent group. "/" indicates root group.
- takes in additional parameters as arguments as listed below in the Parameters table
OEMSEParams of this section. The parameters has to be entered in a key=value format.

Invalid value,
Failed to configure IP address as DHCP is Enabled. Please disable DHCP to configure IP
address,
The IP address settings for the BladeEngine iSCSI initiator can not be modified when
there is an active iSCSI boot session. Please use the iSCSISelect configuration utility to
modify the IP address settings. No configuration changes were made to the BladeEngine

The Default Gateway to be configured for the
