8 Electrical set-up and initial start-up

WARNING
With the operation of electrical equipment inevitably some parts of the equipment contain
dangerous voltage.
Neglecting the operating instructions can therefore lead to severe bodily injuries or
property damage.
Therefore the warnings must be absolutely followed.
During the start-up of the controller (in particular during automatic parameter
determination) the door movements cannot always be externally influenced.
The light barrier is not active during the training run.
An authorized person is therefore required, who is stationed at the door, to guarantee
that during start-up no other person can come into the proximity of the lift door.
The permissible forces and energies are to be checked by the service staff after start-up
on the heaviest door of the overall system (lift).
NOTE
During the parameter training run the motor temperature may not be under 0°C, since
this could cause the value of the door mass to be incorrectly determined and the closing
speed and nudge speed set to a prohibited value.
1. Push the door into the "CLOSE" position.
2. Open the housing cover.
3. Connect motor plug X7.
NOTE
So that no uncontrolled movement occurs during start-up, plug X6 (control inputs) must
not be installed.
4. Connect the input transformer to the mains (230 V AC).
5. Press and hold the red "DOOR PARAM" button (S5000).
6. Connect the output of the mains transformer to X3.
7. Hold the red "DOOR PARAM" button (S5000) until the 7 segment display (H5000)
indicates "_.".
8. After pushing the brown "OPEN" (S5001) or "CLOSE" button (S5002) the training run
starts. The 7 segment display (H5000) indicates "H.".
The training run consists of 1 or 2 approximately 10cm opening and closing cycles at
creep speed.
This is followed by a 25cm opening and closing cycle at creep speed that is used to
determine the friction of the door system.
Afterwards the door opens and closes at reduced speed (complete travel). During the
opening cycle, after approximately 10cm of travel, a short acceleration ramp is performed
to determine the mass of the door.
In the "CLOSED" position the door parameters and the calculated door width are saved.
The 7 segment display (H5000) indicates "u".
9. The door can now be opened with the "OPEN" button S5001.
The 7 segment display (H5000) indicates "o" while the door is opening.
10. Switch off the controller by pulling the input power plug X3.
