The back wall, ceiling and side walls of both cooking
compartments are coated with self cleaning enamel.
This coating absorbs and disintegrates splashes from
baking and roasting while the oven is in operation.
The higher the temperature and the longer the oven is
in operation, the better the result will be.
If dirt is still visible after several uses, clean the back
wall and ceiling with hot soapy water and a soft
sponge.
Discolouration may occur over time that cannot be
removed. This does not damage the enamel.
