Tap the page you want to display in the
annotation list.
The page containing the selected annotation is
displayed on the preview area.

To switch the preview to normal view, tap [Close]
or the preview area.
The annotation list is closed, and the screen is
switched to normal view.

Searching annotations by keyword
You can search annotations by entering a keyword.
You can also filter the annotation type.
The search target changes depending on the
annotation type.

Item type is limited to 140 characters.

(Search).

Type a search keyword using the on-screen
keyboard.

Tap
of the on-screen keyboard.
The search result is shown on the annotation list.
Tap
(close) at the top of the screen to finish
searching.
Tip
You can narrow down your search by applying a
filter.
Filtering
You can filter the annotation list by bookmark,
handwriting, highlight, sticky note (text), or sticky
note (handwriting).

Annotations of the selected type appear.
Sorting
You can sort the annotation list by page, author,
annotation type, or date.

Preventing Other People from
Deleting Annotations
You can prevent annotations (writing, sticky notes,
highlighting, bookmark, etc.) from being edited or
deleted by another person, by setting your user
name.

Press the
(Home) button and tap [Settings].

Tap [Application Preferences] [Documents]
[Limit Erasing Annotations].

Tap [On].
Tip
Tap [Settings] [General Setting] [User Name] to
set your user name.
Pen Button Settings
Eraser is set by default while you push the stylus
button and trace on the screen. Alternatively, you can
switch to highlighting or Off (handwrite).
