FEATURE ACCESS KEY OPERATION
To Enter an ACD Work Unit:

Press the Work Unit (WRKU) access key.
I
Enter the appropriate 2-digit Work Unit number.
FEATURE ACCESS CODE OPERATION
To Enter an ACD Work Unit (Multi-line
Station):
I
Press the CONF/TRNS key.
I
Listen for recall dial tone.
I
Enter the Work Unit access code _____.
I
Enter the appropriate 2-digit Work Unit number.
I
Listen for success tone.
I
Press the Release (RLS) access key.
To Enter an ACD Work Unit (Single-
line Station):
I
Press the telephone hookswitch.
I
Listen for recall dial tone.
I
Enter the Work Unit access code _____.
I
Enter the appropriate 2-digit Work Unit number.
I
Listen for success tone.
I
Press the hookswitch again to reconnect to the
caller on hold.
