PLACING AN OUTGOING CALL

To Place an Outgoing Call:
I
Press the ACD agent line (AGE) key.
...or...
Press the prime line key (on a multi-line station).
...or...
Go off-hook (on a single-line station).
I
Listen for dial tone.
I
Dial the desired directory number.
...or...
Press a call-originating feature access key.
Note:
Outgoing calls cannot be made from an ACD
station if the station is either logged out or in the
Unavailable mode.
I
AFTER CALL WORK MODE
To Cancel After Call Work Mode:
I
Press the Work Mode Cancellation (CANC)
access key.
...or...
Select a non-ACD line and enter the Work
Mode Cancellation access code _____.
I
Listen for success tone.
I
Hang up.
I
ASSISTANCE CALLING
FEATURE ACCESS KEY OPERATION
From an Idle Station:
I
Press the Assistance (ASST) key.
• Listen for ringback tone.
• After conferring with your supervisor, hang up
to terminate the call.
• If you receive busy tone, you can remain off-
hook and wait for success tone in order to
initiate the Camp-on feature.
• If you receive reorder tone, hang up.
From a Talking State:
I
Press the ASST key. The caller will be
automatically placed on hold.
• Listen for ringback tone.
• Confer with your supervisor, then press the
Release (RLS) access key to return to the
held call.
...or...
Press the CONF/TRNS key to form a three-
way conversation.
...or...
Hang up to transfer the call to your
supervisor.
