Using the Online Guide
In addition to this guide, your printer comes packaged with an
PDF Online Guide on the software CD-ROM. This chapter
provides you with information you need to use the Online Guide.
About the Online Guide
The PDF Online Guide, which is also called the Reference Guide,
contains detailed information on how to use the printer,
installation procedures of optional products, and troubleshooting.
You can view this guide directly from the CD-ROM, or copy it into
your computer and view it from your hard disk.
Note for Windows Me users:
To view manuals in the PDF format, EPSON has included Adobe
®
Acrobat
Reader 4.0 on the included CD-ROM. Although the PDF
Reference Guide has been checked with Windows Me, Acrobat Reader
4.0 is not guaranteed to be supported on the Windows Me operating
system by Adobe Systems Incorporated as of September 12, 2000. If you
have problems viewing the PDF Reference Guide, please refer to the
Adobe Web site (http://www.adobe.com).
