The LG WT5680HVA washer may not be filling despite the hoses and inlet filters being okay due to the following reasons:
1. Insufficient Water Supply – Ensure that both hot and cold water faucets are turned on fully.
2. Lid is Open – The washer will not operate if the lid is open. Close the lid completely, ensuring nothing is obstructing it.
3. Reversed Inlet Hoses – Verify that the hot water supply is connected to the hot inlet valve and the cold water supply to the cold inlet valve.
4. High-Efficiency Washer Design – The water level may appear low since this is a high-efficiency washer, and it does not always cover the clothes.

My washing machine is leaking from the bottom

Your LG WT5680HVA washing machine may be leaking from the bottom due to the following reasons:

1. Faulty Drain Pump Assembly – This is the most common cause, responsible for 45% of leakage issues. If the pump assembly is damaged or clogged, water may leak from the washer.
2. Oversudsing from Excess Detergent – Using too much or the wrong type of detergent (non-HE) can cause excessive suds, leading to leaks.
3. Incorrect Detergent Dispenser Use – Ensure detergent and additives are placed in the correct dispenser compartments.
4. Damaged or Improperly Installed Water Supply Hoses – Cracks, leaks, or improper installation of the water supply hoses can cause water to leak.
5. High Water Supply Pressure – If the water pressure exceeds 116 psi, a pressure-reducing valve may be required to prevent leaks.
6. Hose Issues – Stretched, pinched, crushed, or kinked water lines can lead to leaks.

Checking these components and making necessary repairs or adjustments should help resolve the issue.
