Questions and answers
Wen I hook it to my car it doesn't start my car my car just clicks but when I hook it to a vehicle my car starts
The CEN-TECH 62374 may not start your car but works with another vehicle due to several possible reasons:
1. Battery Condition – If your car battery is severely damaged or completely dead ("toast"), the jump starter may not be able to revive it.
2. Waiting Time – The manual states you must wait at least 5 minutes before trying to start the vehicle. If this step is skipped, it may not work.
3. Proper Connection – Ensure the clamps are correctly connected and that the negative clamp is not attached directly to the battery's negative terminal.
4. Power Pack Charge – The jump starter must be fully charged before use. Verify the battery test button to ensure sufficient charge.
5. Vehicle Electrical Issues – If your car has additional electrical or starter problems, the jump starter may not be enough to start it.
6. Environmental Conditions – Extremely cold conditions can make it harder for a weak battery to start, even with a jump starter.
If the jump starter works on another vehicle but not yours, the issue is likely with your car’s battery or electrical system rather than the jump starter itself.

When I wanted to put air in my tire, the part that attaches to the tire nozzle broke. Is it possible to replace that part? Would the tube have to be replaced?
