Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.  Use this heater only as describe in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury to persons.

    The type of receptacle is a 250 volt rounding receptacle (NEMA 6-30R). When properly installed, it provides a ground connection through the cord to the heater to protect the operator from electric shock.     Your heater is equipped with a thermostat. The thermostat function controls the temperature output.  Turn the unit on by turning the thermostat control knob away from the LOW position (clockwise).  For faster heat-up or to increase the heat output, turn the thermostat control knob clockwise all the way to HIGH.
