Private Mode

Hide personal content from being accessed by
anyone else using your device. Private mode is only
available for certain applications.
Note: A secure screen lock (Pattern, PIN, Fingerprint,
or Password) is required to use Private Mode.
1. From a Home screen, tap
 Settings.
2. Tap Privacy and safety > Private mode.
3. If prompted, configure a secure lock screen. The
following options are available in Private mode:
Tap the ON/OFF switch to turn Private mode
on or off.
Tap Private mode access type to change the
lock screen type.
Tap the ON/OFF switch for Auto off to enable
or disable this feature, which automatically
turns off Private mode when the screen turns
off.
Report Diagnostic Info
This feature sends diagnostic information about your
phone when you are having technical problems.
1. From a Home screen, tap
 Settings.
2. Tap Privacy and safety, and then tap the
ON/OFF switch for Report diagnostic info to
either enable or disable this feature.

Send SOS Messages

Send a quick alert to your primary contacts when
you are in an emergency situation.
To enable this feature:
1. From a Home screen, tap
 Settings.
2. Tap Privacy and safety > Send SOS messages.
3. Tap ON/OFF to turn the feature on and configure
the following options:
Send messages to: Add recipients by
creating new contacts or selecting from
Contacts.
Attach pictures: Send photos taken with the
front and back cameras to your emergency
contacts.
Attach audio recording: Send a short audio
message to your emergency contacts.
To send a help message:
► Press the Power/Lock key quickly three times.
