Fault Codes Definition

The control unit has an in-built fault diagnostic function
display. When a fault occurs, the type of fault is
indicated on LCD with a fault code. A listing of the fault
codes and meanings, see table 3
CODE

Over Heat Fault
F02
Domestic Hot Water NTC Fault
F03
Central Heating Water NTC Fault
F04
Ionization Fault
F05

F12
Low Voltage Fault (Voltage ‹ 165 V)
F13
CH Circuit NTC Connections Fault
F01 Overheat Fault: When CH temperature exceeds
98°C, the boiler stops operating and "RESET" and
"F01" indications appears on LCD at the same time.
Please call authorized serviceman.
F02 Domestic Hot Water NTC Fault: When there is a
fault on DHW NTC sensor, there appears F02 fault
code on LCD. The boiler still operates and meets
domestic hot water requirement by CH NTC sensors
inside the boiler. Please call authorized serviceman.
F03 Central Heating Flow NTC Sensor Fault: When
there is a fault on CH flow NTC sensor, there appears
F03 fault code on LCD. Please call authorized service-
man.
F04 Ionization Fault: When there is gas cut-off, or a
fault on ionization electrode, there appears F04 fault
code on LCD due to unsuccessful ignition attempts.
Please press "eco/comfort-reset" button to reset the
boiler and ensure that the gas valve is not closed for
any purpose. If the problem still occurs, please call
authorized serviceman.
F05 Air Flow Fault: When there is a fault on air flow
(e.g. due to flue blockage) to the boiler, or low mains
supply voltage (< 165 V) there appears F05 fault code
on LCD. If the problem still occurs, please call author-
ized serviceman.
F06 Central Heating Return NTC Sensor Fault:
When there is a fault on CH return NTC sensor, there
DEFINITION

appears F06 fault code on LCD. Please call authorized
serviceman.
F07 Gas Valve Driving Fault: When there is a fault on
gas valve driving circuit.
F08 CH out NTC Sensor OverHeat Fault: If CH outlet
temperature above 95°C, there appears F08 fault code
on LCD.
F09 Air Pressure Switch Contact Fault: If the air
pressure switch contact is in a stuck position at startup
or re-operation, there appears F09 fault code on LCD.
First, unplug mains supply and then re-plug it. If the
problem still occurs, please call authorized service-
man.
F10 Central Heating Water Pressure Fault: When
there is a fault on water pressure sensor, or if the water
pressure is below 0,3 bar, or if the water pressure is
over 2.7 bar, there appears F10 fault code on LCD.
The pressure value should be between 1 and 2 bars.
Please fill your boiler from the filling valve at the bottom
if the pressure is low. If the problem still occurs, please
call authorized serviceman.
F11 Circulation Fault: When the temperature differ-
ence between CH flow and return is over 35°C, F11
fault code appears on LCD. This problem may occur
due to installation size or type. If the problem still
occurs, please call authorized serviceman or the
installer.
F12 Low Voltage Fault (Voltage < 165 V): If the
mains supply voltage is below 165V, F12 fault code
appears on LCD. If the problem still occurs, please call
authorized installer to check mains supply voltage
nominal value (230 V AC).
F13 CH Circuit NTC Connections Fault: If CH return
temperature is 7C hotter than CH out temperature for
20 sec. period of time F13 fault code appears on LCD.
This fault code does not appear while flowing DHW
water.
Note: If there appears "RESET" on LCD with fault
code,
system
should
