    SETTING UP YOUR MIXER SETTING UP YOUR MIXER Make sure the Petite Mixer and all of its components are clean prior to assembly and use. Hold down the Tilt Release Button and push the Motor Head upwards. Release button to lock in place. ATTENTION: To prevent damage to the appliance, the Beaters and Dough Hooks should NOT be used together.
