The VGA port on the Loewe Xelos A 32 may not be showing a picture and the screen may remain black when connected to a PC due to several possible reasons:
1. Incorrect Input Source: Ensure the TV is set to the correct input source (VGA/XGA). 2. Resolution or Refresh Rate Mismatch: The PC's output resolution and refresh rate must match the supported resolution of the TV (1366x768). Try adjusting these settings on the PC. 3. Loose or Faulty Cable: Check if the VGA cable is securely connected and not damaged. 4. PC Output Not Enabled: The PC may not be sending a signal to the VGA port. Ensure the display output is activated in the PC’s display settings. 5. Faulty VGA Port: The VGA input on the TV or the VGA output on the PC may be faulty. Test with another device or cable. 6. TV Not Detecting Signal: Restart both the TV and PC while they are connected.
If the issue persists, testing with a different source or cable can help determine the cause.
