new batteries fitted electrics work, but it still dose not move, it has been in storage for many years could the motor be dead,if this is the case then it will be scraped so there will be a lot of spares

    If the battery charger is exposed to adverse or extreme weather conditions, then it must be allowed to adjust to the difference in environmental conditions before use indoors. Refer to the manual supplied with the battery charger for more information. Celebrity XL-8 www.pridemobility.com...
  • Page 24 8. When the batteries are fully charged, turn the charger off and unplug the charger power lead from the electrical outlet and then from the off-board charger port. NOTE: There is a charger inhibit function on your scooter. Batteries that are regularly and deeply discharged, infrequently charged, stored in extreme temperatures or stored without a full charge may be permanently damaged, causing unreliable performance and limited service life.
