    CONTROL VALVE OVERVIEW WARNING: To prevent equipment damage and possible injury, always switch off sand filter before changing the Control Valve function. Changing valve positions while the pump is running can damage the Control Valve, which may cause personal injury or property damage. How to Use the Control Valve Press down on the Control Valve handle and rotate to desired function.

    Section II: Hose Configuration for Backwashing and Rinsing NOTE: Ensure the Control Valve is set to the Closed function. Your pool should be filled with water. >1.3cm 1. Attach one Hose to the sand filter’s Port B; screw the threaded locking ring into position.
