Reason
•
The washer door is not properly
closed

Solution
•
Check that the door is closed tightly.
•
Check that the power is on.
•
Check that the water supply tap is open.
Check that the Start/Pause button is pressed.
•

Check and fasten hose connections.
•
Clean up drain hose and ask a qualified
technician to repair it if necessary.
•
Fix the inlet hose.
•
Replace the drain hose.
•
Replace the inlet hose.
•
Check that the power is shut off and the power
plug is connected correctly.
•
Check the mains plug and fuse.
•
Check that the washing machine is turned on.
•
Select a proper wash programme.
•
Add the proper detergent quantity according to
the instructions on your detergent packaging.
•
Install drain hose within 80-100 cm of height.
•
Make sure the drain hose is not in water.
•
Unblock the drain hose.
•
Make sure the drain hose end is lower than
100 cm above floor level.
•
Unblock the filter.
•
Check display codes.
•
Shut the door properly.
•
Clean the filter and check the drain hose for
blockage. If error still exists, please contact the
maintenance personnel.
