INDICATOR LIGHT
Green indicator light.
Amber ready light.
Red indicator constantly on.
Red indicator continuously flashing.
Red indicator flashes twice.
Red indicator flashes 3 times.
Red indicator flashes 4 times.
Red indicator flashes 5 times.
Red indicator flashes 6 times.
All lights out.
PROBLEM
Tap is dripping when closed.

CAUSE/PROBLEM
Power on.
Flashes when heating up
On constantly when up to
temperature.
Unit has become scaled up,
and has shut down to prevent
damage to unit.
Lower probe has not been
detected this may be due to
scale build-up.
Upper probe has not been
detected, likely scale build-up.
Unit below 60ºC. Possibly due to
boil dry protection or element
failure.
Thermostat fault. Element is not
heating up.
Water is not going into the unit.
Your unit has accumulated
2000 hours of operation.
Unit may be over boiling.
ACTION
Descale immediately.

Descale unit.

Check boil dry thermostat has been reset.
