Guaranteed Message Delivery - You can relax with SkyTel. When you travel outside a coverage area, or if your battery is dead, SkyTel stores any new messages sent to you for up to 72 hours, delivering them automatically when you return to full-service coverage.

Send-a-Message Log on to the Send-a-Message page at www.skytel.com and follow the steps below to send a message to any SkyTel text-messaging customer. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3. Step 1: Enter the customer’s SkyTel Pager Number (PIN). Enter the number without any spaces or punctuation.
Customer Service Settings and Features The Customer Service area of www.skytel.com provides on-line access directly to your SkyTel settings and features. You will be asked to enter your SkyTel Pager Number and Subscriber Security Code when you select a function.

The Mailbox Menu is your shortcut to all of the IVR features you’ll need for your SkyTel account. From here, you’ll be able to review the messages sent to you, as well as set up and change your subscriber preferences.
